JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our video team. This person will help our content producer create high-quality content of our spaces. We are looking to tell amazing stories about the benefits of sauna culture, the people who make it happen, and the exciting future of Bathhouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Content Producer with fast-moving content shoots for Bathhouse marketing and social channels.
• Assist with organizing shot lists, props, gear, and basic set needs.
• Help set up lights, tripods, backdrops, and phone/camera rigs (as directed).
• Keep the shooting area tidy and organized; manage cables and quick resets.
• Help coordinate simple logistics (confirm locations, timing, and participants).
• Support content editing and post-production administrative work.
• Run light errands for props or supplies as needed.
• Help label, back up, and organize captured footage and assets.
• Help maintain the organization and security of equipment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality around unreleased content.
• Jump in wherever needed — a flexible, problem-solving mindset is key.
• Flexible schedule to be able to attend early shoots.

QUALIFICATIONS

• ~1 year of experience supporting content creation, production, or social media.
• Comfortable working on small sets with lean teams.
• Basic familiarity with phones/cameras, tripods, and simple lighting.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm when things shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable following directions.
• Willing to lift, carry, and move light equipment/props
• Comfortable working occasionally on evenings, early mornings or weekends, if needed.
• Interest in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
