JOB DESCRIPTION
The Therapies Guide is responsible for delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience within the Therapies space. Stationed at the base of the stairs leading to massage rooms, this role serves as the primary point of contact for all therapy-related flow and guest coordination.
The Therapies Guide ensures guests are properly checked in, informed, and confidently directed to their services while maintaining a calm, organized, and hospitality-driven presence. This role is similar to a Front Guide but is exclusively focused on massage and therapy operations, supporting both guest experience and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally as they arrive for their massage treatment
- Coordinate with Guides at the front to make sure all guests are checked in to their appointments in a timely manner
- Walk guests through the therapy process, including what to expect and where to go
- Answer questions related to massages, enhancements, and policies
- Manage guest flow entering and exiting the Therapies space
- Direct guests to the appropriate waiting areas and treatment rooms
- Communicate proactively with Therapists regarding arrivals, delays, or schedule adjustments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Therapies entry area
- Support Therapists and therapy attendants by coordinating guest readiness and room transitions
- Escalate guest concerns or service recovery needs to management as needed
- Uphold brand hospitality standards and protect guest privacy at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous hospitality, spa, or guest service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple guests and schedules simultaneously
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Hourly Rate: $20 - $22 per hour.
