As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead BERO’s sales growth across your assigned territory, building lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, bars, and restaurants. You're a hustler with a passion for beverages, a love for non-alcoholic innovation, and a talent for strategy. You’ll be responsible for hitting revenue targets, developing market strategies, and leading a growing team of sales reps.

Requirements
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed volume and revenue goals.
- Budget management for all team cost centers.
- Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts to ensure consistent growth and visibility.
- Drive market penetration through retail, on-premise, and alternative channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and On-Premise Specialists.
- Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Analyze sales performance and create regular reports to drive data-informed decisions.
- Represent BERO at trade shows, tastings, and industry events.
Qualifications
- ~5 years of sales experience in the beverage industry, ideally within craft beer, non-alcoholic, or CPG sectors.
- On-Premise & Beer wholesaler network-management experience within the assigned territory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational abilities.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel.
- Passionate about the non-alcoholic category and building something new.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience launching new brands or working in high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of key account management across retail and on-premise.
- Familiarity with CRM and SRS systems and other data analytics tools.
- Strong presentation skills to influence results.
