Overview

The Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner (EA/EBP) is a trusted partner to the CEO and, over time, a key support resource for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role is designed to significantly enhance executive effectiveness, improve how leadership operates, and ensure focus on the company’s highest priorities. While operational excellence and calendar management are foundational, this role goes far beyond administrative support. The EA/EBP is expected to think strategically, anticipate needs, and proactively contribute to broader business discussions. Success in this role is defined by impact, judgment, and ownership, not task completion alone. Initially, the role will be highly focused on supporting the CEO.
