Who Are We?

We are committed to providing life-changing, superior nutrition for optimal cognitive development in children everywhere, setting a standard far above the industry. We craft our products from whole foods with organic, veggie-first ingredients and no added sugar. We proudly honor our Purity Award from Clean Label Project®️, a third-party non-profit that tests levels of harmful heavy metals, chemicals, plastics, and pesticides.

Our story began with our founder—a neurosurgeon, developmental neurobiologist, and mother of three. While pursuing her PhD in neurobiology at Stanford, she researched treatments for pediatric brain cancer, sparking a deep interest in the factors that optimally develop the brain.

As a neurobiologist, she knew a baby needs crucial nutrients during their first year, when the brain doubles in size, and during the first three years, when the brain reaches 80% of its development. And as a mother, she knew that every parent needs the convenience of pre-made food for their children. But trips to the baby food aisle revealed a glaring gap in the market—most baby purees provided only 2-4 of the 16 key nutrients that research clearly identifies as essential for brain development. She ultimately created and launched Cerebelly, a baby food product that far surpassed nutrient density on the market and redefined the industry standard for clean, nourishing food for children.
