We are seeking a poised and driven Client Specialist to join our NYC team. This role will report to the General Manager of NY and will be based out of the NYC flagship studio. The ideal candidate embodies discretion, warmth, and precision, serving as a primary point of contact for clients visiting the flagship studio for bridal consultations.
Client Experience & Appointment Facilitation
- Host 4-5 private appointments daily with timely and thoughtful follow up post-consultation
- Facilitating clients’ measurement appointments along with providing confident guidance for sizing and production to meet their needs
- Master knowledge of all collection styles as well as pre-approved customizations
- Host accessory appointments and occasional walk-in clients
- Take ownership of order entry process - confirming all client information, processing payment, submitting the order, advising on shipping/alterations timelines in advance, and occasional continued service for post-wedding care
- Compile and submit sales recaps with closed sales and anticipated sales weekly
- Manage high volume of client correspondence, primarily via email and occasionally by phone
- Address client concerns promptly and earnestly while always protecting brand image
Scheduling & Coordination
- Assist clients in scheduling as needed
- Manage returning client visits to minimize split sales/commissions between associates
- Communicate with sales team, reception, and GM
Studio Presentation & Hospitality
- Maintain a refined, welcoming studio environment throughout the day, ensuring all spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Uphold the studio’s visual, experiential, and hospitality standards at all times, including the exclusive wear of company-provided uniforming in client-facing spaces.
