FINANCE

The Finance team stands as a strategic pillar of our organization, enabling the delivery of our business and financial goals, ensuring robust financial controls and optimizing overall financial performance. Finance is responsible for managing capital, ensuring financial integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering accurate reporting to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

ROLE

As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will contribute to the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and optimize transfer pricing models that support business operations.

You will manage pricing calculations, intercompany agreements, and tax audits while providing technical analysis for regulatory queries. This role offers exposure to strategic planning, process optimization, and automation tools, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and global environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Gather and analyse financial and operational data to support transfer pricing models, economic analyses, and intercompany charges.
  • Work closely with teams in Finance, Operations, and Legal to understand how products, services, and profits flow across borders—and help ensure we price them right.
  • Go beyond the spreadsheets—analyse financials, understand the ‘why’ behind performance, and craft compelling narratives that support our pricing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new global transfer pricing policies and strategic initiatives.
  • Support tax compliance and audits by preparing robust documentation and responding directly to queries from tax authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation and reports in compliance with OECD guidelines and local country regulations (e.g., Master File, Local File, CbCR).
  • Yes, documentation is part of the role—but it’s built into broader strategic work. You’ll help us stay ready for scrutiny while remaining focused on growth.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in transfer pricing, corporate tax, or financial analysis/control.
  • Good understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Strong quantitative skills with a sound financial background and proficiency in Excel (exposure to database tools is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (our company language).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude, a pragmatic approach, and a willingness to be hands-on.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Big Four firm or a multinational environment.
  • Exposure to international tax principles or accounting standards (IFRS or US GAAP).

REWARDS & BENEFITS

  • Employee Pension Scheme
  • Flexible Benefits Program
  • Health Insurance & Critical Illness cover
