You will join a team of seasoned fashion and digital executives and help guide the brand on its rapid growth.

Role Overview:

Reporting to Vice President, Brand Creative, the Junior Art Director plays a vital role in the Creative team and process. They will assist in bringing creative concepts to life through visually compelling designs, storyboards and content for campaign and the brand as a whole.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Managing campaign shot-list, mood-boards, prop, and HMU direction for campaign.
  • Work with appropriate cross functional team members to become fully aligned in order to design into projects.
  • Continuous research and understanding to stay ahead of trends for all campaigns. Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and techniques.

Execution

  • Designing creative decks for seasonal and brand stories.
  • Overseeing and providing notes for imagery, retouching and video editing.
  • Approving final retouching for imagery.
  • Managing work back timeline and delivery dates for final imagery and video.
  • Owning file management, makes wide selects and imagery communication for campaign.

Time Management/Reporting

  • Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
  • Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.
  • Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of graphic design and production experience.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creative thinking, design skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Figma.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Familiarity with the creative process, including concept development, design, and production.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
  • Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within our exciting company.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
