We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global Retail Planning to join our Global Sales Planning team at Kosas. In this role, you'll be a key architect in shaping Kosas' global retail performance -ensuring that we meet and exceed our ambitious sales and shipment targets through sharp forecasting, agile planning, and deep cross-functional alignment.
This role requires a seasoned planner who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a strong background in retail sales planning, inventory optimization, and operational coordination across global markets. This is a 2-3 day hybrid position out of our headquarters in El Segundo, California.
How You’ll Contribute
- Act as the strategic planning partner for Kosas’ global retail accounts - owning all aspects of retail sales forecasting, gross shipment planning, and order management.
- Collaborate with account managers to bring brand strategy to life through accurate sell-in/sell-out forecasts, product launches, inventory planning, and shipment execution.
- Meet monthly with internal marketing managers as well as external retail partners to analyze monthly sales results against plan to identify key trends and drivers and make data-backed recommendations
- Develop and maintain annual retail budget plans by account, including monthly projections for retail sales, gross shipments, and net sales by product collection.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Distribution to synchronize inventory flow with retail demand, ensuring high in-stock rates and optimized sell-through.
- Build, maintain, and actualize complex data models by SKU by week by retailer for a rolling 24 month period for retail sales and gross shipment
- Work closely with Sales Ops and Logistics teams on order prioritization, timing, and fulfillment strategy.
- Coordinate with external retail partners on order changes, launch timing, inventory levels, and priority shipments
Who You Are
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience interfacing with senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
What You’ll Bring
- A BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain
- 5–7 years of experience in Retail Planning, Demand Planning, or Sales Planning
- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, or CPG industries
- Experience working with global retailers across multiple time zones
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH, forecasting models)
- A self-motivated, proactive approach and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

The range of base salary for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
