We are looking for a Manager of Sales Planning & Analytics to join our Global Sales Planning team at Kosas. This role sits at the intersection of planning and analytics, owning the forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis that drive smarter decisions across our retail accounts.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with planning expertise - proficient in Excel, skilled at translating complex data into clear and actionable insights, and prepared to take on greater ownership of forecasting and cross-functional planning within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a 2–3 day hybrid position based out of our headquarters in El Segundo, California.
How You’ll Contribute
- Prepare weekly and month-end reporting across all global retailers, actualizing performance against plan and prior year
- Run ad-hoc analyses and build sales deck materials in support of the field sales team and other cross-functional partners
- Manage the data warehouse system - owning data ingestion, dashboard creation, validation for reporting integrity, and the upload of internal budget plans by retailer and product
- Build, maintain, and actualize complex SKU x week x retailer data models on a rolling 24-month basis for retail sales and gross shipments
- Coordinate with internal account managers on order changes, newness launch timing, inventory levels, and priority shipments
- Meet monthly with internal account managers to review sales results against plan, surface key trends and drivers, and align on forward-looking projections, including launch timing, order planning, and forecast adjustments in the data model
- Own the monthly Demand Consensus process by consolidating a summary across all global retailer models, partnering with the Global Planning team on demand flow and adjustments, and presenting topline model changes to the executive team
What You’ll Bring
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail Planning, Demand Planning, or Sales Planning
- Experience in Beauty or CPG industries
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, forecasting models)
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience interfacing with senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A self-motivated, proactive approach and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

The range of base salary for this full-time position is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
