IT Support Specialist
Mejuri is looking for an IT Support Specialist, to join our the team. As a Level 1 IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first line of help for our employees when they have tech issues. You will help us keep things running smoothly, fix common problems, and help set up technology for new team members and stores.

What you'll do
- Serve as an initial point of contact for users in the organization, needing technical support
- Help team members with Level 1 tech issues (computers, email, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.)
- Respond to IT support tickets and solve issues in a timely manner
- Set up laptops and other devices for new employees
- Support with account access problems and password resets
- Keep track of IT equipment like laptops, monitors, and cables
- Support basic networking issues (like if the internet goes down)
- Assist with opening new stores by helping set up internet and equipment
- Work with other teams when they have small tech needs
- Learn and follow IT processes to keep things organized
- Carry and move equipment when needed (like monitors and TVs)
- Go to nearby store locations to help with tech setups or problems
What you'll bring to the team
- Strong Foundation of IT knowledge acquired through formal experience or Schooling/internships
- A passion for solving problems and helping others
- Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Office 365, or Slack (even as a user)
- Comfortable using Windows and Mac computers
- Organized and able to follow instructions
- Willing to learn new systems and tools
- Able to lift and move IT equipment when needed
- Reliable and able to show up on-site when required
Things we consider an asset:
- Any IT certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.)
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (like Jira or Linear)
- Experience with Zoom rooms or Google Meets
- Some knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, routers, etc.)
HYBRID
Our office is located at 60 Bloor Street W, Toronto.
This position requires in office work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week.
