Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. Ready to leave your mark on the hospitality industry? As our Head of Field Sales in Hamburg, you won’t just manage a team—you will lead the charge in empowering restaurateurs to simplify and scale their operations with Lightspeed’s cutting-edge technology.
📍 Location: Hamburg, Germany (On-site / Field focus)
Your Impact – What you will achieve: You will be the backbone of our Hamburg presence, leading a team of Field Account Executives. Your focus is hands-on leadership:
Lead from the Front: You don't just sit in the office. You are out in the field, coaching your team on efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and delivering compelling live demos.
Scale the Team: You will hire, onboard, and mentor top talent to build a high-performing field sales unit.
Drive Growth: You own the new business targets. Through strategic territory expansion and customer base growth, you ensure we hit our goals.
Data-Driven Decisions: You utilize Salesforce to master forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and optimize your team's activity metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You act as the bridge between Sales and Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Your Profile – What you bring to the table: We are looking for a "Hunter" with a leadership mindset.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in hiring, leading, and coaching a full-cycle sales team (from prospecting to closing).
Outbound DNA: You have a passion for being in the field. Outbound sales experience is a must—you lead by example.
Tech-Savvy: You are experienced in using Salesforce for reporting and accurate forecasting (not a requirement).
Industry Fit: Experience within SaaS, Hospitality, or Restaurant Tech is a strong plus.
- German & English: Those two languages are a must.
