Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

Lightspeed is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team. In this role, you'll be a critical partner to our Go-to-Market organization - owning the reporting infrastructure, surfacing insights that drive commercial decisions, and setting the standard for data quality and analytical rigor across the business.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and cross-functional influence. If you're energized by turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear recommendations - and you take pride in the reliability of your work - we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own GTM reporting - design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker that serve Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders; continuously raise the bar on accuracy, clarity, and production efficiency
  • Be the analytical authority - translate complex business questions into structured analyses; go beyond the numbers to deliver actionable recommendations backed by clear narrative
  • Drive data integrity - identify gaps in upstream business processes that affect reporting accuracy; partner with stakeholders to implement corrective measures before problems compound
  • Collaborate on data modeling - work closely with our corporate data team to design and maintain GTM datasets that are reliable and scalable across operational and strategic use cases
  • Support planning and forecasting - leverage Pigment to contribute to revenue planning cycles and scenario modeling
  • Synthesize for leadership - distill complex findings into concise, compelling stories for senior stakeholders; know what to emphasize and what to cut
  • Lead ad hoc strategic projects - assess new business activities, process changes, or operational questions as they arise; bring structure and speed to ambiguous problems

What you need to bring:

We’re a global team of 5 people located in North America. The Revenue Operations team is core to the success of our go-to-market functions.

We're looking for an Intermediate candidate who has experience with the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role
  • Deep hands-on experience with Looker
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce - including reporting, and pipeline management
  • Proven ability to work across GTM, Finance,, and Data teams to drive cross-functional outcomes
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
  • A track record of translating analytical output into business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Commerce or a related field
  • Familiarity with Pigment, Spiff, and Monday.com is a plus
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
