We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join our APAC Hospitality Partnerships team. You are responsible for driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through a portfolio of distribution partners.
You will activate, manage and grow partner relationships to increase partner performance, generate qualified opportunities, and deliver commercial outcomes aligned to regional targets.
PartnerManagers have a deep understanding of a partner’s ambitions, products and technology, as well as an understanding of the wider hospitality industry.
Reporting to the Snr Manager, Partnerships - Hospitality, APAC, you will also be responsible for partner performance, reporting and partner stakeholder management.
What you’ll be doing:
Have input into and execute the Partnership growth & development strategy in region
Manage and grow a portfolio of partners to increase partner-sourced pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution, using an understanding of the portfolio’s overall capabilities, opportunities, and risks for accurate forecasting and mapping future portfolio growth.
Work with partners on GTM activity, campaigns, and activations to drive qualified leads and opportunities, and build a deep understanding of their commercial aims, organisational design, and pain points to align the Lightspeed partner programme accordingly.
Deliver high-quality communication at all times to partners to foster a deep and high trust relationship with all Lightspeed partners
Confidently demonstrate Lightspeed products and support partners in positioning solutions to merchants.
Provide basic troubleshooting skills where required to support partner or merchant enquiries and issues
Be abreast of current trends, patterns, and events within the wider retail and technology industries
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as an advocate for your portfolio of partners within the Lightspeed organisation
Drive partner activation and engagement, increasing the number of productive partners within the portfolio.
Identify capability gaps across partners and work cross-functionally to improve partner performance and delivery.
Represent Lightspeed at relevant industry events

From time to time, perform outbound prospecting to develop new commercial partnerships that drive merchants to Lightspeed
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
Prior experience partnerships / channel / account management and/or customer success experience; Software sales experience preferred
A high degree of initiative, a strong sense of ownership and desire to work autonomously
B2B relationship building skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills and group presentation skills
Ability to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners
Ability to develop comprehensive reseller growth strategies
Strong positive attitude
