We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help us make that happen.
About the Role
Reporting to our Director of Ecommerce, the Digital Marketing Intern will support POV Beauty’s digital marketing efforts across paid media, email marketing, and the brand’s e-commerce presence. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, resourceful, and eager to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing channels. This role will contribute to POV Beauty by optimizing digital campaigns, improving conversion rates, and supporting the strategies that drive online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research emerging digital marketing trends and tools in the beauty space
- Assist with paid media campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting across Meta, Google, and TikTok ads
- Support email and SMS marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Help optimize product pages and landing pages for conversion
- Create weekly and monthly digital performance reports
- Research emerging digital marketing trends and tools in the beauty space
- Support GEO and AI-discoverable content optimization
Learning Objectives
- Paid media planning, execution, and optimization
- Email/SMS marketing strategy and tools (Klaviyo, Attentive)
- E-commerce marketing and conversion rate optimization
- Digital analytics and attribution modeling (Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
Capstone Project
Each Intern will be required to complete a capstone project. For this intern the project is: Design and present a digital marketing campaign for a seasonal promotion, including channel strategy, budget allocation, creative direction, and projected ROI.

Requirements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, search, email, and SEO
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills for email copy and ad creative briefs
- Eagerness to learn new platforms and tools in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO principles, or CRO fundamentals
