We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we're looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to help us make that happen.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Strategic Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A), developing data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions, and building scalable financial systems to support growth. The ideal candidate will be analytically sharp, strategically minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role will contribute to pov by ensuring the company’s resources are aligned with its vision – driving sustainable growth, operational excellence and long-term profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Finance in leading FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and scenario planning
• Maintain and enhance the company's financial model; ensuring accuracy, consistency and version control
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product Development) to analyze performance and investment ROI
• Lead monthly and quarterly business performance reviews and communicate insights to leadership
• Develop and track KPIs and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into performance and resource allocation
• Support strategic initiatives, including pricing optimizing, channel expansion and product/contribution margin analysis
• Support cash flow and working capital management to ensure healthy financial operations
• Build processes and tools to automate reporting and improve financial decision-making Key Metrics Accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and reports Improvement in profitability without sacrificing growth and operational efficiency

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking and/or consulting
• Proven track record of building and managing financial models and analyses in Excel and Google Sheets for high-growth consumer or CPG brands
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Experience in an early-stage, high-growth CPG, beauty or DTC startup environment Preferred Qualifications
• Prior exposure to inventory planning, supply chain & marketing finance
• Comfort operating in early-stage startup environments
