We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we’re looking for a Trade Marketing Intern to help us make that happen.

About the Role

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational management of POV’s social channels, ensuring all content is accurately scheduled, published, and tracked in alignment with campaign timelines. This role owns the day-to-day mechanics of social, maintaining the systems, workflows, and organization required to support high-volume content engines.

Primary responsibilities include managing the organization of the social calendar, coordinating asset delivery across teams, executing platform publishing, and maintaining content accuracy across all channels. This role is also responsible for monitoring community activity, managing inbound engagement, and ensuring brand voice is consistently applied in all interactions.

In addition, the Social Media Coordinator supports performance tracking by maintaining reporting inputs, organizing metrics, and flagging trends or insights to inform broader team decision-making. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency in execution, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams within a fast-paced environment.

The position works cross-functionally with creative, influencer, and marketing teams to ensure all content is delivered on time, properly documented, aligned with campaign priorities and in alignment with social media best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Help schedule content across Instagram, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure all posts are properly tagged, linked, and formatted (including product tags and UTMs)
  • Help QA all content before publishing to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment
  • Maintain real-time visibility into what is live, scheduled, and in production
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, Paid, and Ecomm teams to align on launches and campaigns
  • Track deliverables and flag risks or delays
  • Ensure social timing aligns with product drops, site readiness, and campaign rollouts
  • Track performance across platforms (engagement, reach, TSI, etc.)
  • Support and communicate weekly and monthly reporting
  • Surface trends, insights, and opportunities to the broader team
  • Monitor platform health and flag risks or performance dips
  • Maintain and update the social calendar (Asana)
  • Organize content libraries and assets for easy access
  • Support workflow improvements and operational efficiency

Community Management

  • Respond to 100% of comments, DMs, and tagged posts in a timely manner
  • Maintain POV’s brand voice in all interactions
  • Escalate customer service issues to CX
  • Identify and engage with high-value community members and creators

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with social tools (Dash Social, Canva, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly accountable in fast-paced environments

At POV Beauty, we believe in fair, transparent pay practices and adjust compensation based on the cost of living in your location.

Geo Tier | Base Salary Band

Tier 1: $58,000 – $68,000

Tier 2: $52,000 – $60,000

Tier 3: $48,000 – $58,000
