We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we're looking for an Account Executive to help us make that happen.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Field Account Executive, West Coast Region is the face of point of view beauty in the field and the bridge between corporate strategy and the retail floor across the Western U.S. territory. This is a hands-on, hunter role where you will be leading, strategizing and managing a sales team. You will drive sell-through at each location by training store teams, selling directly to shoppers, owning merchandising and inventory, and managing your territory’s budgets and promotional calendar. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven self-starter who is equally comfortable closing a buyer and closing a customer on the floor. This role will contribute to pov by expanding distribution, accelerating retail revenue, and turning both store associates and shoppers into passionate brand advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Dedicated sales driving: actively engage shoppers on the retail floor, perform product demonstrations, and close high-value sales for the brand.
  • Staff training & enablement: educate store associates and floor staff on product features, benefits, selling points, and promotions so they feel confident recommending point of view.
  • Relationship management: build strong relationships with store management to secure the best placement, optimal shelf space, and prominent display setups.
  • Merchandising & inventory control: rotate and restock inventory, keep display kiosks clean, functional, fully stocked, and compliant with corporate visual standards, and flag shortages before they hurt sales.
  • Account optimization: review sell-through by style and door to identify trends, manage inventory levels, and prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
  • Performance tracking & reporting: prepare progress reports, track KPIs, deliver retail sales reporting and analysis, and manage promo calendars for retail promotions and events.
  • Budget management: own and manage staffing, travel, and promotional budgets for the territory.
  • Travel: spend approximately 70% of time in the field traveling across the assigned territory.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field sales management, retail, or account management experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with frequent travel across the Western US
  • Based within the Western US territory.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a territory independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into or working within prestige beauty retailers (Sephora, Ulta, specialty doors).
  • Makeup artistry or beauty education background, with comfort running in-store demonstrations.
  • Experience managing promotional budgets and retail promo calendars.

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully designed benefits package to support our team’s well-being and work-life balance, including:

  • Comprehensive health and wellness coverage
