Who We Are:

Being naked is the #1 most sustainable option. We're #2.

Since 2009, we've been on a mission to bring sustainable fashion to everyone. Named one of Fast Company’s Brands That Matter and winning a Best Carbon Footprint award, we have big goals like being Climate Positive by 2025, Circular by 2030, and pushing the whole industry forward along the way. Our work has gotten love in Drapers and Sourcing Journal, and TIME wrote about how great our CEO, Hali Borenstein, is. Basically, we're saving the Earth and looking damn good doing it.

We're a global brand with 50+ stores (and counting) around the world, and our own sustainable factory in LA. We innovate across categories like accessories, swimwear, and sleepwear, and we reach millions of people with campaigns like this, this and this.

None of this work is possible without the incredible people behind it. We're a mission-based company that invests in an inclusive culture, so we can innovate together and ensure everyone has the space to grow, thrive, and belong.

And starting right now, we want to do all that with you.

Work Location/ Schedule: Hybrid 4 days/week on-site at our Vernon office

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technology Product Manager to own both the technology roadmap and the day-to-day execution of one or more operational functions across Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support. This role goes beyond traditional product management: you will be responsible not only for defining what to build, but for running the operation itself and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will bring a software engineering mindset and deep fluency in AI and automation to operational challenges—rapidly developing domain expertise, identifying where technology can replace or augment manual processes, and building systems that scale. You will execute the full product lifecycle, from requirements discovery with operations stakeholders, to defining success metrics with business owners, to partnering with engineering to build and deploy solutions.

This is an ideal role for a product manager with a technical background who is looking to move beyond pure product work and take full ownership of an operational area—leveraging technology and AI to drive performance in ways that a traditional operations hire would not.

This role goes beyond traditional product management. You'll be accountable not just for defining what to build, but for running the operation itself and delivering real business outcomes. That means owning quality standards end-to-end: from how defects are identified and tracked across our factory and vendor network, to how QC data is captured, analyzed, and used to prevent issues before they reach the customer.

What You’ll Do:

Operational Ownership & Execution:

  • Own and run one or more operational functions within Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support - with full accountability for operational outcomes, not just the technology
  • Rapidly develop domain expertise in your assigned area and build a deep understanding of current workflows, vendor relationships, pain points, and opportunities for technology-driven improvement
  • Define and track operational KPIs; own the performance of your function and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships within your operational area
  • Manage and develop a team, including internal staff and third-party resources, to deliver against operational and technology objectives
  • Navigate operational tradeoffs between quality, speed, and cost with sound judgment and a bias toward data-driven decision-making

Product Management & Technology:

  • Drive the technology roadmap for your operational area with a focus on scalability, cost reduction, and service optimization
  • Identify and deploy AI and automation solutions to eliminate manual work, improve accuracy, and accelerate cycle times
  • Execute the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and success metric definition through engineering collaboration, build, and launch
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Inventory, Planning, Production, and Finance to translate business objectives into product roadmaps, features, and timelines
  • Be hands-on where needed—prototyping with AI tools, writing detailed specifications, configuring systems, or building dashboards to accelerate decision-making
  • Ensure technology products and systems are of the highest quality and delivered on time to meet business objectives

Leadership, Culture and Team:

  • Develop working relationships with other functions to create transparency into tech roadmap development
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations and other stakeholders to land the best in class products for our internal/external customers and/or delightful experiences for end-users
  • Champion a culture of AI adoption and tech enablement across Reformation—help non-technical teammates leverage new tools and workflows

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field—or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a software engineering or technical background
  • Demonstrated ability to own execution end-to-end, from strategy through implementation and ongoing operational management
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or building with modern AI platforms (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, workflow automation)
  • Software engineering background or strong technical fluency—ability to read code, prototype solutions, and engage deeply with engineering teams
  • Experience building and shipping technical products in operations, supply chain, or logistics environments
  • Experience working with and influencing multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Comfort with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to rapidly develop expertise in unfamiliar operational domains

Who You Are:

  • Strong cross functional collaborator
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and love of developing products from an early stage
  • Experience working in a high growth environment, with constantly shifting priorities; ability to create order out of chaos.
  • More apt to saying “yes” or “we’ll try” (rather than “no” or “that’s impossible”).
  • Acts with a sense of urgency.
  • Someone who leads by example.
  • A builder at heart—your instinct is to solve problems with technology and systems rather than adding headcount.
  • Equally comfortable in a strategy discussion and in the operational weeds.

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $140,000 - 170,0000 + 10% bonus eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.

Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs. Our total rewards package also includes benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth that contribute to overall compensation.

  • We offer competitive paid time off policies including vacation, sick leave, and company holidays for eligible employees.
  • We offer retirement planning support for eligible employees, including the option to invest in Environmental Social Governance-aligned (fancy way to say sustainable) funds.
  • We’re a mission-based company with offices in LA, NYC and London, as well as a global retail team, which means you’ll get to collaborate with people all around the world.
  • You’ll get access to fertility care support through Carrot, and up to a $5,000 USD reimbursement for related fertility expenses after 1 year of employment.
  • We care about the causes our employees care about so we donate to community efforts on a yearly basis.
  • We offer a clothing discount, culture events (like our annual Ref Values week and Volunteer Time Off), you know, all the meaningful and fun stuff!

If this role doesn’t totally excite you, consider applying to our general application.
