We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join us in advancing the industry forward.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage inventory logistics, optimize transportation routes, and oversee shipment schedules. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • You will coordinate daily logistical operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
  • You'll track shipments in real-time, providing updates to relevant stakeholders and addressing any delays or discrepancies immediately.
  • We require you to prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
  • You will assist in monitoring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to shipping, handling, and transportation of products.
  • You are expected to assist in the design and implementation of strategic plans to enhance our supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
  • You will be responsible for data entry and filing within our ERP Netsuite to ensure accurate logistics and freight information is stored
  • Support any ad-hoc projects or requests

Requirements

  • This is a hybrid role to report onsite a minimum of 3 days a week at our HQ location
  • Experience with Netsuite is preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience with freight forwarders and parcel service carriers
  • Experience within the retail space is ideal
  • Familiarity with retail launch calendars is highly preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, international relations, supply chain, or a similar field.
  • Must have a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Experience with start-ups is preferred
