NikeSKIMS are seeking a Vice President of Merchandising to drive and scale our end-to-end merchandising strategy.
This role is for a builder and a leader—someone who brings experience from both start-up environments and global, high-volume businesses. You’ll be responsible for shaping our product assortment from the ground up, partnering closely with Product Development, Design, and Planning to deliver performance-based collections.

Key Responsibilities
· Own the global merchandising vision for NikeSKIMS—developing and executing seasonal strategies that align with consumer insights, performance innovation, and cultural trends.
· Build and scale the full product lifecycle, from concept and line architecture through delivery and in-market performance.
· Partner cross-functionally with Design, PD, Planning, Marketing, and Retail to ensure a fully integrated, consumer-first go-to-market strategy.
· Lead a lean but growing team, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution—ideal for someone who can toggle between the boardroom and the line review.
· Bring deep expertise in activewear, performance apparel, and vertical retail, with a strong understanding of global trends and regional merchandising needs.
· Drive and support extensive international travel to collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and retail markets
· Leverage strong financial and analytical acumen to optimize assortments, manage OTB, and ensure healthy margin contribution
· Create and implement new merchandising processes and tools in collaboration with Nike and SKIMS teams—merging operational cultures with a shared focus on excellence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· 12+ years of progressive merchandising experience in high-growth, high-volume businesses.
· A background that blends start-up grit with large-scale operational expertise.
· Proven experience in activewear, sport, or performance categories, with a sharp understanding of what it takes to build a brand rooted in both form and function.
· Strong foundation in product development, with the ability to influence and drive decisions throughout the creation process.
· Highly collaborative, culturally fluent, and passionate about building from the ground up.
· Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and influence executive stakeholders across both the Nike and SKIMS ecosystems.
· Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally.
