Overnight Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor at SKIMS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the overnight operations of our store, ensuring the store is operationally sound, business-ready for the next day, and aligned with our brand standards while leading and supporting the overnight team.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee overnight store operations to ensure smooth opening readiness and next-day execution.
  • Own all aspects of shipment processing, inventory replenishment, and stockroom organization during overnight hours.
  • Drive overnight productivity and ensure shipment goals and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure size integrity and in-stock standards are met on the sales floor before opening.
  • Support accurate inventory practices through timely processing.
  • Supervise and develop overnight team members to ensure accountability, engagement, and high performance.
  • Deliver in the moment coaching and training on brand and operational standards.
  • Partner with the Store Leader (Operations), day leadership team, and Overnight Assistant Store Leader to communicate overnight progress, needs, and opportunities.
  • Execute floor changes, merchandising, and product placement based on visual merchandising directives and overnight priorities.
  • Ensure the sales floor is customer ready, stocked, and aligned with brand standards before store opening.
  • Train overnight team on visual standards, product knowledge, and visual merchandising expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean overnight working environment.
  • Monitor overnight maintenance needs and report issues to Store Leadership, Security, or the Facilities team.
  • Ensure all technology is operational and prepped for the morning team.


Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of store associates.
  • Excellent organizational skills to oversee overnight operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
  • Deep understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges and unforeseen issues.
  • Effective communication skills with both team members and customers.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to drive team performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Physical ability to stand and remain active, moving throughout the store for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and lift items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the overnight shift.

We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
