The Team Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment by ensuring the space is operationally ready to welcome customers each morning. You take pride in creating a clean, organized, and visually inspiring environment that reflects our brand standards. You thrive in a fast-paced, physically active setting and understand how your work behind the scenes directly impacts the customer experience.
You are detail oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver excellence and integrity in everything you do from executing product moves and replenishment to maintaining visual standards and back of house organization. You collaborate seamlessly with your team and lead with integrity, efficiency, and a positive attitude, ensuring our store is set for success each day.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each task with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention. With a Customer Obsessed mindset, you take pride in creating an organized, elevated, and visually inspiring space that reflects our mission and values.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and floor layouts so you can confidently and thoughtfully execute product moves, replenishment, and visual updates that enhance the customer experience. Your product knowledge helps ensure every detail is set for success when the doors open.
- Use elevated body language, professional communication, and teamwork to maintain a premium brand feel even behind the scenes and during overnight hours.
- Stay focused and aware throughout your shift, keeping the floor and back-of-house stocked, clean, and organized. You bring Operational Excellence by moving with urgency and precision, ensuring that every task supports a seamless customer experience the next day.
- Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team. When priorities shift or challenges arise, you remain calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented, keeping quality and safety top of mind.

Requirements
- Availability Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 hours of availability per shift. (Overnight shift start times are as early as 9:30pm)
- Saturday and Sunday Availbility
- Available for 3 weekday shifts
- You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
- A passion for customer service through behind the scenes excellence and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow! Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous experience in overnight retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values
- Must be able to stand, move, and stay physically active throughout the entire shift, often completing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Does not want to be an influencer
