SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the future of underwear, shapewear and loungewear.We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative, and are looking for a Project Manager to join us in building the next iteration of SKIMS customer facing technology platforms. This role will be the lead in-house developer for all customer facing mobile technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
- Oversee and track the full portfolio of projects across the Technology department, including IT, Data Security, ERP, Business Systems, Retail Tech, Engineering (Web, Mobile, Infrastructure, Middleware, QA), Product Management, and Internal Tools.
Meeting Management & Documentation:
- Build agendas for key Technology meetings, capture and distribute notes, and ensure action items are tracked through completion.
Roadmap Management:
- Develop and maintain roadmap documents, timelines, and presentation materials that communicate progress, dependencies, and risks to executive stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Identify and proactively address cross-functional dependencies—both within Technology and with other departments such as Accounting, Finance, Operations, Retail, and Planning.
Execution Support:
- Help unblock teams by identifying resource gaps or process barriers, and facilitate coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
Project Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain visibility on milestones, risks, and deliverables; ensure timelines are met and leadership has timely visibility into progress or escalations.
Operational Rhythm:
- Support the CTO in structuring the cadence of Tech department communications, coordination meetings, and leadership syncs.
Communication & Presentation:
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and status summaries for leadership updates, quarterly reviews, and board materials.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a high-growth consumer brand, fashion, or retail organization.
- Experience supporting technology-driven organizations with diverse functions (e.g., IT, Software Engineering, ERP, Data, Security).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and coordination.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and strong PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred
- Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or fashion/retail environment.
- Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, Teamwork Commerce, Celigo, or similar).
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks and how to bridge them in a hybrid environment.

Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 / year
