We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Retail Fulfillment Coordinator in join us in advancing the industry forward.

The Retail Fulfillment Coordinator will support SKIMS operating processes in executing our retail growth strategy. This role focuses on assisting with the day-to-day fulfillment and replenishment operations, supporting SOPs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth operations for retail stores and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail-Ops team in supporting store launches domestically and internationally.
  • Help maintain and communicate SOPs to ensure standardized fulfillment, replenishment, and logistical operations between our 3PL and stores.
  • Support the implementation of internal and external processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in reviewing and troubleshooting Retail-back of house and 3PL-related issues that may impact rollout plans and daily operations.
  • Liaison with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly and communicate with retail ops and logistics partners to schedule shipments.
  • Trouble shoot issues such as order discrepancies, shipping delays, and communicating order statuses to leadership and retail ops team.
  • Assist in managing value-add service projects such as packaging and ticketing with our 3PL, including tracking costs.
  • Help maintain calendars with critical milestone dates internally and with our 3PL.
  • Support shipping cost reviews and monitor lead times from DC to stores, including reverse logistics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations or supply chain support roles.
  • Experience collaborating with 3PL providers.
  • Experience supporting store launches and replenishment activities.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, NetSuite is PLUS).

Compensation: $66,000 - $70,000 / year
