We're is seeking a Product Manager, Business Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of core enterprise systems that power our DTC, and wholesale operations.
We're is seeking a Product Manager, Business Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of core enterprise systems that power our DTC, and wholesale operations.
As part of the Technology organization, this role is responsible for building and scaling enterprise systems that support critical business workflows across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management. You will partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, and extensible solutions across NetSuite ERP and its broader systems ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, translating complex business processes into well-designed systems and features. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to go deep into operational domains such as purchasing, inventory, and order management.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Business Systems supporting DTC and B2B channels
- Align initiatives to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability
- Drive a platform mindset across ERP and integrated systems, reducing fragmentation and manual work
- Balance immediate operational needs with long-term system architecture and scalability
Business Systems Ownership (O2C, P2P & Inventory)
- Own and evolve systems supporting:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C): order management, fulfillment, invoicing
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P): purchasing, vendor management, inbound inventory
- Inventory Management: visibility, allocation, transfers, and reconciliation
- Partner with Production and Operations teams to improve purchasing workflows, demand planning inputs, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure systems support multi-channel complexity across wholesale, franchise, and DTC
Wholesale, Franchise & DTC Enablement
- Partner with Wholesale, Franchise, and DTC teams to streamline end-to-end operational workflows
- Lead feature development across:
- B2B order management and lifecycle events
- Inventory allocation and availability across channels
- Fulfillment, shipping, and returns workflows
- Pricing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
- Support franchise-specific requirements including regional operations, pricing structures, and reporting needs
- Ensure consistency and scalability of systems across all sales channels
KPI Ownership & Operational Performance
- Own system-level performance metrics across business systems
- Drive measurable improvements in:
- Order cycle time and fulfillment speed
- Inventory accuracy and turnover
- Purchasing efficiency and vendor performance
- Invoice accuracy and revenue realization
- Exception handling and manual intervention rates
- Leverage data and user insights to continuously optimize system performance and workflows
Systems & Integrations
- Own product direction for NetSuite ERP across B2B, DTC, purchasing, and inventory modules
- Ensure data integrity and seamless flow across ERP, 3PLs, EDI, and downstream systems
- Drive automation and scalable solutions across integrations and system touchpoints
Execution & Cross-Functional Delivery
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead UAT, release planning, and post-launch optimization
- Partner with Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and outcomes clearly across technical and non-technical teams
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Required
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in business systems, ERP, or supply chain domains
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management workflows
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite required)
- Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable product solutions
- Proven track record of improving operational KPIs through product and system enhancements
Preferred
- Background in apparel, retail, or consumer goods
- Experience working with WMS, EDI, and supply chain integrations
- Experience in multi-channel and global operations environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 / year
