We are seeking a highly strategic, product-driven Director of Global Merchandising to lead our Women’s Intimates category and Speed to Market Projects. This individual will own the end-to-end merchandising strategy—from assortment planning and product lifecycle management to driving category growth and profitability.
This role requires a strong balance of analytical rigor and creative instinct, with the ability to identify white space opportunities, translate customer insights into compelling product strategies, and partner cross-functionally to bring innovative collections to market.

We are seeking a highly strategic, product-driven Director of Global Merchandising to lead our Women’s Intimates category and Speed to Market Projects. This individual will own the end-to-end merchandising strategy—from assortment planning and product lifecycle management to driving category growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading merchandising team members in alignment with core values, while supporting their development and achievement of goals.
- Leads seasonal line plan strategy to deliver profitable assortments aligned with IMU and cost targets. Ensures color, concept, and product flow across core and seasonal assortments support overall business objectives.
- In partnership with leadership, manages and maintains the product strategy roadmap and long-term category planning.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Commercial, and Marketing, to ensure the product vision is effectively delivered to consumers.
- Manages the in-season business through lifecycle management, OTB, markdowns, weekly business recaps, and read-and-react strategies, including consolidation management.
- Accountable for margin and revenue growth.
- Demonstrates strong executive presence.
- Provides leadership and problem-solving within merchandising and across categories to successfully meet deliverables.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 8+ years of merchandising experience, preferably within apparel, sleepwear, intimate, or sleep
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of retail math, assortment planning, and inventory management
- Strong product sensibility with an understanding of fit, fabrication, and consumer trends & needs
- Strong presentation and cross-functional communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 / year
